Dear Cheif of Police,

I have spoken to the state attorney about officer tucker and his behavoir on New Years Day. Officer Tucker behaved in a way that was completely innapropriate and a disgrace to your department and everything it stands for. He has abused the power that you have bestowed upon him. I am sure that you are aware, as the blood on the ticket that I signed under duress testifies, officer Tucker opposed me with violence that was completely unprovoked. I have never seen such a vehement display of cop rage. Officer Tucker was out of control. I would hope that you as a man of authority, would have the awareness and the wisdom to know when a man under your command is not fit, or not in a proper state of mind to fullfill his duty to serve and protect. I am prepared to appeal to the highest power nessecary to ensure that officer Tucker's behavior does not go unchecked.
