Predatory "Public Servant"

 A predator has no morality...they prey on the vulnerable... no concept of justice... just instinctual predatation... the smell of blood... A person who is charged with the duty of serving and protecting the public who uses their power to oppress, harrass and incarcerate the most vulnerable and helpless members of the public is nothing more than a predator... A predator serves none but themselves and their pride... 

Pens and swords...

 The pen is mightier than the sword... but don't take a pen to a gun-fight.
